Quantitative analysis of cutting removal used in this study uses three methods, namely Cutting Carry Index, Transport Ratio, and Concentration Annulus. This method is to determine whether the composition mud maximal or not, starting from maximum content solids that can be carried 1 gal viscosity also flow pattern fluid order successfully bring surface. Where these methods have standardization lifted, including for carry index value must more than 1, transport ratio greater 50%, concentration annulus less 5%. After analyzing lifting using above, it seen parameters successful cutting. These include physical properties which includes density, plastic viscosity, yield point, while other such as drill bit speed, mudflow velocity, diameter are important a borehole lifting. From observations study, we conclude use well G field S has been running optimally. The calculation lift met limits. out sensitivity source future literature, so if you want do development. shows an on 17.5 inch Route at depth 825ft - 2581ft, with average drilling slope 4 degrees per 100 ft.
